Thermoelectric (TE) Materials and Devices

Together with our partners we are investigating new thermoelectric materials following an original approach based on theoretical and experimental screening. We are focusing on the material synthesis, both in bulk and thin film forms. Our main contributions have been the discovery of suitable dopants for thermoelectric compounds such as SnS, Bi2S3, CoSbS and Mg3Sb2. Currently, we are developing new ink formulation processes to print hybrid organic-inorganic materials.
